First founded in 2001 by Ken Bell, REALTY EXECUTIVES  was the 1st franchise for this International Company in the State of Washington. It grew from 17 agents to moving 3 times as it grew to the 4,100+ Sq Ft office today with over 60 Executives employed here.
An LLC partnership owned by Ken Bell and Crystal Herrmann, and Jonathan Washburn with a combined 50 years of experience in the real estate business. REALTY EXECUTIVES was founded in 2001 to serve the Greater Seattle Metropolitan area. Our Bellevue Office merged with Brio Realty in 2008 to create the new Realty Executives Brio. We have grown  in 7 years to 8 offices with over 140 Executives ready to serve your real estate needs in both Washington and Oregon!
Backgrounds as diverse as residential resale, new construction account representation, commercial services, tenant representatives; combined with escrow services, mortgage both retail and wholesale and title came together to make the foundation of ownership.
Our goal was to create the finest quality real estate boutique office, that could offer total services for a seamlessly smooth transaction. We didn't want to be the General Motors(tm) of Real Estate, but to be more like the Mercedes(tm) of Real Estate.
We have created the finest quality office working environment  combined with the latest high tech innovations in the industry. We made a commitment to technology and giving the Executive all the tools to get the job done with excellence.
Connected to a broadband Internet connection, the Bellevue office located just south of Bridle Trails has computers on every desk. There is an elaborate and powerful file server to network all the systems together along with 2 high-speed color and 2 high-speed black and white printers. These hardware and software tools allow  our Executives to accomplish their goal to serve their clients with excellence.
With the finest in office equipment and furniture, we have offices designed for private and semi private suites and home office work environments designed to allow the Executive to come into the office, get their work done and be successful.
